Incorrect Address:

Marked as Delivered:
If your order is marked as delivered by your local postal service (e.g., USPS or Canada Post) but you have not received it:
- Please contact your local post office
- Request an official report for a lost or undelivered package
Once received, we will review the case and may offer a replacement at our discretion. Please note: Refunds are not available in this specific situation.
